While growing up, we always had the spark to become notable personalities in society. Some had the spark to be medical practitioners, and some aimed at promoting the fashion world. Others aspired to build satisfactory companies, while some were called to manage the church and in diverse ways, everyone aspired to fit into the world of excellence.
On the path to accomplish this, we then realize that several steps must be taken to give the best to achieve that which we desire. And as the aiming individuals, we are to follow each right step.
If you and I must lead, we must serve.
The word ‘serve’ here isn’t only about the youths serving the nation, but it applies to every aspiring youth. No one gets to lead without understanding the concept of service. That you desire to rule nations isn’t enough, there must be the readiness to embrace all becoming stages. And service is one of the stages that teaches the true test of leadership. It reveals the virtues of discipline, commitment, love, management, leadership, and many more. Service teaches the reality of servanthood that aids the idea of ownership.

What you do in every phase towards fulfillment matters. The various sectors of the economy are in expectation for agile youths to transform nations (positively).
The young cannot always remain young, however, there is the belief that the agility of the young can brace the world, the togetherness of optimistic youths promote quicker results, and when youths’ vibe, everything gels! Beyond the bumps of all situations, let’s begin to see the betterment of our becoming. Let the spark of excellence continually help us through fulfillment.
