There was a common rhyme I loved during my secondary school education and it goes with the lyrics:
All things bright and beautiful
All creatures great and small
All things wise and wonderful
‘Twas God that made them all.
The rhymes have their subsequent verses and I always had my legs raised high while singing them. What made me love it so much, I never knew until recently when I had a look into the essence of creation which is generally called, purpose, and I beheld the light of its exact definition.
In the here and now, the quest for living naturally comes with what has been in vogue. Everyone follows the trend of life without desiring to go on the search for the right living scheme. And this often brings about silent noises that introduce confusion in the society. This is why it seems like some human existence depicts beauty and some do not.
If all things were made beautiful, how then do we have some not looking beautiful?
According to the first line of the song-chorus, all things were made to be bright and beautiful and were made specifically to establish a thing. It could be said from this line that the beauty of all that was made is in what they were originally made for. That is, when everything made is living according to the initial plan, the beauty of its creation is then revealed. Simply put, all things are to live for what they have been made for. This description would launch me to the body of the write-up which is tagged- self-discovery.
Can I be anyone? Why can’t I be anyone? If I can’t be anyone, who then can I be?
